Owner/Therapist/MS, LMFTMarisa strives to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring life’s challenges and personal growth.
She believes therapy should feel collaborative and personalized to each individual’s unique needs and goals. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Gottman Method techniques, and other client-centered approaches to support meaningful growth and lasting change.
Her goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and better equipped to navigate life!
Kaylene Canaday
Therapist/MS, Provisional Professional CounselorKaylene is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. She believes that therapy should be a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and authenticity.
Kaylene enjoys working with individuals navigating a variety of mental health concerns and has a particular passion for supporting adults through life transitions, personal growth, relationship challenges, stress, and major life changes. She strives to help clients build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and feel more confident navigating everyday challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is personalized to each client’s unique needs and incorporates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, and person-centered approaches. Kaylene is committed to meeting clients where they are and helping them work toward meaningful and lasting change.
Kaylene is currently practicing under the supervision of Designated Qualified Clinical Supervisor, Marisa Phillips, MS, LMFT.
